Nuestro Programa de Vivienda de Transición ofrece casitas y apartamentos para jóvenes de entre 16 y 24 años que no tienen un lugar seguro donde alojarse. Nuestros residentes pueden quedarse hasta dos años. Los residentes viven de forma independiente en un apartamento, mientras trabajan y van a la escuela.
